Pepper Steak:
A blend of black & pink peppercorns with salt, chilli flakes, parsley, onion, garlic, lemon zest & red pepper flakes. This is the perfect addition to that barbecued steak.

Gunpowder:
This unique black rub with lake deborah salt, black pepper, cocoa, cayenne for some slight heat along with some subtle sweet spices and activated coconut charcoal, this rub will create an amazing bark and produce an outstanding flavour.

Greek Souvlaki:
This is a perfect blend to use in any recipe that calls for Greek seasoning, or as an all-purpose spice blend perfect on pork or lamb, even roast potatoes.
